About returns and exchange
●We conduct all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but if there are any defects in products that have been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of their arrival.
Note that returns may not be accepted if we are not contacted within 7 days.
●If you receive a different item from your order, or if the item is damaged, our company will replace the product and pay any shipping fees required for replacement.
If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the payment amount.
A notification indicating details such as the refund date will be provided by e-mail within 7 business days after we have confirmed the returned item.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations which are due to a customer's personal circumstances.
In addition, please be sure to check the following conditions before returning and exchanging.
If partial content of the items in an order are returned, delivery fees and some service fees related to payment methods may not be refundable.
*We will accept returns only if the returned items are unused. We will not accept returns if an item has been damaged or dirtied by the customer.
*Our store carries many handmade items and other goods whose individual appearance or characteristics may differ slightly, even if they are the same product.
These are unique characteristics of our products since they are made to bring out the quality of the materials used in their manufacturing processes, and are not defects.
*Please note that when product images are viewed using a PC, the color of products may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the properties of the screen.
*Differences regarding the color of images will not be treated as defects under our responsibility.
