Orders
I did not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.
If you do not receive the e-mail, first, please check all your email folders, including the spam folder. Sometimes emails can accidentally go to these folders due to your provider’s settings or for some other reasons.
How do I use the coupon code?
After adding items to your cart, you will be redirected to the purchase procedure screen. On the left-hand side of the screen, there is a form to insert a coupon code. The total amount displayed here will have the discount already applied.
Do I have to register to shop?
No login is required. Please enter your information on the order processing screen and click the "Pay Now" button to complete your purchase.
If you check the "Save information for next purchase" checkbox, a login account will be created and you will be able to shop without having to enter your address, credit card information, etc. from next time. You can also check your order history.
Is it safe to order online?
We place the highest priority on keeping the information you provide to us safe and secure. Please review our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more information.
Payment Options
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, Diners, AMEX), iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Do you issue receipts?
Please use the following statements as receipts.
・Credit card and ApplePay: Credit card statement
・PayPal: Receipt or statement issued by the payment institution
Do you issue shopping statements?
We are committed to a paperless shopping experience in order to protect the global environment and to safeguard our customers' personal information. We do not include a purchase invoice with your order. If you would like to receive one, please write "I would like to receive an invoice" in the remarks field on the order confirmation screen.

Domestic delivery is available by Sagawa Hikikyaku Express.
Delivery days
If an order is placed by 3pm (JST), our shipment will be made within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.We do not ship on holidays.
Orders received after 3pm (JST) will be processed on the next business day.
Specify delivery date and time

You can specify the delivery date for weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Please enter the desired delivery date and time in the "Order special instructions" column on the order confirmation screen.

If you do not specify a delivery date, the delivery will be made on the earliest possible date.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the area of delivery.
Nationwide free shipping is available for purchases totaling 5,500 yen (including tax) or more, except in some areas (Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands: 9,800 yen or more).
Delivery status
You can check the delivery status on the Sagawa Hikyaku Express website.Please see the email you received from Sagasa Hikyaku Express for the contact number and enter this number.
I would like to receive the package at the delivery box.
If you wish to have your order delivered to a delivery box, please indicate on the order confirmation screen or in the remarks column that you wish to receive your order at a delivery box. This will be noted on the invoice.
I would like to change the delivery time or date after ordering.
We will accept changes in delivery time and date if you contact us by the time the order is shipped (2-3 business days after placing the order).

Overseas Shipping
Overseas shipping companies
Overseas delivery is available by EMS (Express Mail Service).

Delivery status
You can check the delivery status of your overseas shipment (EMS) by entering the 13-digit number from Japan Post's International Mail "Track & Trace Service".

Return And Exchange
I received an item in a slightly different shade. Can I exchange it?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please note that many of the items in our store, such as handmade items, have a slightly different texture from one another, even if they are the same product. Also, due to the nature of browsing on a computer, please understand that the product image may differ slightly from screen to screen, depending on your device’s color settings and manufacturer.
When I opened the package, the product was cracked. Can I exchange it?
We will accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, or if the product is different from your order, and we will bear the shipping costs for exchanging the product. Please contact us within
7 days of receiving the merchandise.

What precautions should I take before returning or exchanging?
If you return a portion of your order, shipping charges and various payment method fees are not refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases — please be sure to check before returning the product:
・The product tag, box, or bag is missing or damaged.
・The item has signs of use (damage, stains, smell, etc.).
・Products returned without following the return procedure.
I want to change the details of my order.
If you notify us at the following address prior to preparing your order for shipment (within 2-3 days after placing your order), we will be happy to add or change your order.

Gift Wrapping
Noshi (a strip of dried abalone attached to a gift as a decoration)
We accept orders for noshi (gift wrapping) only for those who order wrapping. Noshi is a special Japanese custom used for gifts and congratulatory occasions.
Please indicate your wish for a gift wrapping, type of gift wrapping, sender's name, etc. on the order confirmation screen or in the remarks column.
Gift wrapping
We accept gift wrapping for a fee (350 yen) per item. Please select the check box for gift wrapping on the order confirmation screen, or add gift wrapping to the cart before placing your order.
Message Cards
We offer original message cards (free of charge) to those who order wrapping.
A message of up to 100 characters will be printed on an original card and delivered with the gift.
Please enter your message on the order confirmation screen or in the remarks column.
I want to send my order without a delivery note.
We are committed to a paperless environment in order to protect the global environment and to safeguard our customers' personal information. We do not send delivery slips or receipts unless requested.
I would like to have one item with and another without gift wrapping.
If the wrapping requirements are different for each item, please indicate them on the order confirmation screen and in the remarks column.
I would like to deliver a gift directly to another recipient.
Please fill in a different shipping address and complete the order process.
