Located on the path leading up to the Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, “SHU by Vermillion” is a small shop showcasing premium souvenirs based on the concept of “gifts for me and that special someone.”
We offer "something a bit nice,” mementos evoking memories of your trip which can still be used every day, as well as Vermillion exclusive products and items handmade by the original artists.
Our range of gifts - all of which encapsulate the "Japanese Story" - is selected from Kyoto and around Japan, bringing the passion and history of the Fushimi Inari Shrine to you.
We have recently been contacted by many past visitors to our shop and people looking for special gifts, but who are unable to visit in the current environment. To ease their concerns, and to reach people living far from Kyoto, we opened our online shop in June 2020.
Our online space is carefully designed to showcase the best of each product, helping customers recognize their many charms even from at home.
