Based in Koryo Town, Nara Prefecture—known as Japan’s leading sock-producing region—Yamaya Co., Ltd. has been crafting socks for over 100 years. From this long-standing heritage emerged the brand yahae. Launched in 2020 and named after the founder Yahee, yahae carries forward generations of history and craftsmanship. Rooted in tradition yet designed for modern living, the brand offers socks that quietly and comfortably support everyday life.

These low-gauge striped socks are knitted from a blend of mohair and organic cotton. Made with soft kid mohair, they are exceptionally light, fluffy, and gentle on the skin.

The base, heel, and toe are reinforced with thick organic cotton yarn, providing warmth and a reassuring weight. A cozy and well-structured pair, perfect for cooler days.
