Delicate reliefs with a traditional Japanese "Shinogi" pattern are gorgeous tableware that gently colors the deep plate. "Shinogi" is a ridge pattern like a sword that can be created by scraping the sides with a spatula. The "Sazanami" series expresses ripples with a "Shinogi" pattern.

With a relaxed depth, you can play an active part in your daily dining table.
Recommended for main dishes, it also holds dishes with sauce or lot of liquid well with a surface lightly curved from the centre towards the edge.

There are three colors: smooth and glossy "white", pale bluish "blue and white", and half-matte texture of elegant and calm blue-gray.
